    Flight Centre Staff at cairns VERONICA HOLLANDS [ International Travel Expert ] have been very rude to our staff, threatening and demanding to cover up her own mistake. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS UN reasonable and self centered person.

    She ordered food package from our company, wasted our staff over an hour and then demand to return her money when we dont even got it yet. the package was not delivered to her at all. she orders and cancels within 5 minutes and demand for us to go and call the bank and cancel her transaction. Not to serve our paying customers but attend her mistake. threatening of recording phone calls and ombudsman if we dont leave everything and call the bank.
