  Best burgers in FNQ..... The service is amazing. As I sat and waited for my food I watched the kitchen staff and they all seem to be relaxed and working as a team. Great to see as most kitchens in restaurants there is a high stress between staff and that can cause confusion with customers orders etc. Regular staff came and asked if we needed anything. I went there twice in one week... I'd go more times if I could. Lol Well done to all the staff at Burger Urge Smithfield for creating the best burgers and customer service in cairns.

  Really really good service. Despite the fact that you pre-pay for meals we were checked on regularly and brought more water and even had a waiter bring us more wines and paying at the table instead of at the counter.

  Great service. Nice and quick to come out. Staff happy. The burger (boston cheese) was a perfect balance of flavours. Herb fries were great too and the chipotle dipping sauce really complemented the chips :) will deff make this the regular quick delicious bite to eat. Price was fantastic too. Thumbs up guys! Good to have to in smithfield !

  Kinda sad i only just found this place, probably not eating anywhere else. Gonna clog my arteries and die; totally worth it.
