    Took ages and ages to get any repairs done - only acted fast when we threatened to stop paying rent then suddenly they could get it fixed... most of the staff were friendly.

    I rent a unit that L J Hooker Marlin Coast manage, 3 of the 4 fans in the house are broken, the air conditioning in one of the two bedrooms has a broken remote as well as a broken fan and no screens on the windows so is totally uninhabitable, the lights above the stove don't work so I have to cook in the dark. and the above faults have been the same since I moved in 7 months ago. Many excuses including blaming the owners and blaming a former employee. If you are planning on renting from them consider my experience. If you are planning on letting them manage your property, do you really want them looking after your asset? Oh and the garage door has been broken for about 3 months. Thanks for the great service L J Hooker Marlin Coast.
