    Staff messed my order up, manager had to refund me , I came back a week later and the same staff member served me on drive-thru... Sauce all over the outside of my tacos so I can't enjoy eating them without getting sauce all over my hands. I try to think it wasn't to spite me but I doubt it. Taylah!

    Very slow service, given small pieces and less than ordered. Not good experience.

    I'm pregnant and I live in Kuranda. I had a specific craving and drove all the way down the hill and back. 45 min round trip and when I get home I find out that these incompetent kids have forgotten the two supercharged sauces that I order, check was on docket and actually double checked by asking as he was handing it to me. If you know anything about pregnancy craving then you will know I'm now in tears and cannot eat my $20 meal. What a waste!!!

    Dirty tables and sticky floor - food was adequate tho and staff were competent

    At peak hour kfc is really slow but great staff and delicious
