  As I was very close to making a formal complaint (which I can still enact as I have plenty of evidence)- my suggestion is that if you are duly allocated this agency by Centrelink and feel unsatisfied you are entitled to request a change for fairer treatment and a real opportunity.

  It is only because my daughter was recently allocated this agency by Centrelink that I have spoken up as I have implored her to change agencies (I was advised there is a 7-8 week 'cooling off period' to change providers where it is 'easier' for administrative purposes)

  I would not recommend the Smithfield office of this agency. In my experience - 2 years ago - they were treating clients inequitably. I do hope they have improved.

  Really wonderful staff, got me a great job within a couple weeks of commencing with them. A lot more personalised service, much better than other job providers I've been placed with.

  If I am a highly qualified professional and had an unsatisfactory experience with this agency, not treated with due consideration of my circumstances by my 'advisor' who should have been more mindful...

  They told me to go somewhere else because I'm not on Centrelink. The staff member I spoke to was condescending and not helpful at all! Waste of tax payers money!!!

  (the contact I experienced: closer to harassment, the holding over with regards to Centrelink reporting: unacceptable, I was not even assisted in any way or recommended for jobs only monitored, as a form of control)...I wonder how does someone in a truly vulnerable position get treated?
