  Great service. Had to wait over 15 mins but to be fair it was busy..very friendly reception staff which was well staffed. Premises clean airy and great aircon. New patient received great tremendous service as first time patient its refreshing to have a Dr actual listen to you. Pharmacy store great with an abundance of great in store bargains. It simply is a great one stop to go see your local Dr and buy your pharmaceutical products

  Totally disgusted with the doctors conduct and opinions at a recent visit. In appropriate and unprofessional. Even the child with me commented afterwards " gee dad that doctor was over the top". this practice needs to employ doctors that have life experience and keep there personal opinions to them selves.

  Reading other comments, I needed to say that - they do offer a walk in service which means waiting. However, you can BOOK, just like any other doctors. I have always been happy with the doctors I have seen.

  Apart from the receptionist there who was very helpful, the visit was a disaster. I took my wife there who had an existing injury. Absolutely no examination and bedside manner was atrocious. After being prescribed an S8 restricted drug, the doctor ran into the chemist to retrieve the script as he had made it out to the wrong person. If my wife wasn't in so much pain it would have been funny. The pharmacist was much more help. I'm sure some Doctors there are fine, but this bloke was a shocker.

  I agree with Alan my previous visits I have had no problem. Saw a doctor yesterday who just completely dismissed me there was no interest compassion understanding at all basically please just leave I am not going to help you. You are much better paying for a good doctor who has a real care factor for your medical problems and will listen to you and talk to you about the best possible solution which is what I did when I left this practice. Will I go back to Smithfield?? If I do I will make sure I do not get this doctor again.
