  I Will not be returning to or recommending the pc guys. My employer and I took both our laptops in to have viruses removed, $250 later we have our lap tops back each with there own problems. My employers emails don't work and bookmarks on the internet won't save he can only have one tab open at a time and it is very slow. I lost all my Microsoft programs (word, power point, excel etc) without being warned this would happen. With work and study piling up I rang and complained twice where they said they could install a similar program for free but had to charge me for some other fee or I had to re purchase the soft ware. so now a further $180 out of pocket I have word back however my computer will not receive scanned documents and is also slow and temperamental and my employers computer is still the same. DO NOT go to the pc guys! you may as well purchase a new laptop for the price we paid to have ours 'fixed'.

  Absolutely a joke. They lost my original Samsung charger and replaced it with an aftermarket one! Rude, over priced! Can not believe the exscuse they came up with when loosing my charger.
