  Took our car for new tyre to be fitted and came back with deep gouge in rim of tyre. Store refuse to take responsibility saying it was there when it came in which is a lie. They just didn’t want to take responsibility for a $65k car.

  I had ongoing issues with my car (the same issue) for over 6 months. Each time the car was dropped or towed to Kmart Auto, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and understood the stress I was going through. The warranty on work meant I spent less money than expected in attempting to find the problem. Eventually it was recommended I take my car back to the manufacturer (where we received less than impressive service and after 3 more breakdowns, they eventually found the fault). The Store Manager, Liam was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout this whole process and went well beyond the expectations of customer service. I cannot recommend Kmart Auto Smithfield highly enough!

  Overwhelmed with the experience at Kmart auto and tyre service in Smithfield. Very well priced and fantastic customer service. Took my beloved Volkswagen Golf there for a wheel bearing replacement and they did it without hesitation. Will definitely be back in the future.
