  End of the working week and a trailer tyre going down with still 100L of herbicide to be used up. Nearly 3pm. Who would be interested in fixing this so close to closing time on a Friday? Cheery, efficient Bridgestone on Milman Dr, Smithfield.

  They fitted the sick Troopie in on short notice and did a good job. It was a much better vehicle on departure and afterwards. The front counter staff were happy to ask their technical people rather than guess an answer to various questions posed. Dayna was polite under pressure and great to deal with at various times throughout the process.

  How shocking is that -- some kid out the back does not even check all is ok before handing the vehicle back. They blamed it on being in a rush well glad I won't be having a service with them in future.

  Had four Supercat tyres put on last Friday and can you believe the valve stem they left stuck behind one of the wheel rims ( not aligned properly with the slot ) so I could not access it to check the pressure or add air no less -- as with Hyundai the wheel covers evidently are secured through the wheel nuts so all four wheel nuts had to be removed to take the cover off and re-align.

  I got some troubles with my cars during the last year which were conecting with tyres and brakes. I got it fixed over there couple times, I pretty sure, so far it's the best place in Cairns area. This is fast, cheap and professional service. Also, they have extremely friendly staff.
