  When Authors are taken for a ride, rude, arrogant and not helpful, As an author I trusted my books with this company to sell, after a number of years, they asked that I collect the books in December 2016, when I asked how many had they sold, I was told a few, I dropped off 15 books, picked up 6. I asked how will I get paid and was given a card to invoice. Upon sending the invoice they said they had no record, then they said they found the record, oh they had sold one book and why was I waiting so long to invoice them. Then they said they weren't paying for them, how pathetic! So much for customer service and supporting the local authors!

  I liked this book store before moving to the current location. Now it's small and narrow. When I was searching inspiration books, the store manager was carring piled books and I had to give a way for him. I lost interested in looking around.

  A reasonable range of books on most subjects, good attentive staff, good location, in a major shopping centre easy access, reasonable parking.

  Great variety, super helpful staff. I went in looking for a book for a young girl, bought 3,, couldn't decide for one.
